Techy Hissy Fit

Um… please excuse the extremely behind posting!
My computer decided to have a hissy fit… it only took 1.5 hours on the phone with apple support and 2.5 hours at the genius bar to get fixed!
But in the end they found all my photos and files, so YAY!

18 Months

This little Man is 18 months old!
Nursery. He started Nursery.
He hates it, but hopefully he will learn.
He likes to eat wood blocks and
popsicle sticks.
He wears size 5 diapers.
Tissue needs to be kept out of reach or
he will eat them.
He still loves his car ramp- that and his push car
are his favorite toys.
He can sit in his seat at the Kitchen counter
forever! He loves it!
He has ruined most of our board books by eating them.
He loves my Ipad.
Sleep could almost be called his enemy- or bestie..
He is a head tosser. Like when he gets mad he arches
his back, tosses his head and nails me in the face.
The best hugs he saves for K- sometimes A gets them
but usually K.

We love you Baby Brother!!

On the 6th Day of Christmas

On the 6th Day of Christmas we had our

FIRST COOKIE DECORATING PARTY!! 

IT was so fun!
Big Thank you to all who came and played!
Today we did it backwards with the activity first and Fancy Nacey after. We had the cookie Party at 10:00 am and pretty sure most of the kids didn't need lunch!

The kids and I have been looking forward to it all week, baking the cookies, decorating and picking out the sprinkles! Altogether we had 8 Moms and 18 Kids.. It was CRAZY EXCITING!

On the 5th Day of Christmas

On the 5th Day of Christmas my Grinchy gave to me!!!

How the Grinch Stole Christmas, grinch floats and the Grinch Movie! Now to be fair my Grinchy Voice is really really scary…...granted it sounds like dying witch. The girls love it. But Brother kept stroking my face like he thought I was in pain.

On the 4th day of Christmas

On the 4th day of Christmas: This was a craft day. The girls were so excited.
We started off with The Penguin who wanted to be Different. The girls helped Brother unwrap it: then they wiggled and whined that they wanted to craft. So once the book was done we got at 'er. Reindeer headbands it was. Here's the thing… they did did it ALL THEM SELVES. The cutting, the coloring, ( oh except the stables, they tend to become over excited with staples). If you ask me they look fantastic :)

Afterwards we spent the afternoon getting ready for our Thursday Countdown Activity!

On the 3rd Day of Christmas

On the 3 Day of Christmas
Time to write Santa! We opened one of the girls favorites, Stories of Santa.
The book is Up on the Housetop and Jolly Old Saint Nicolous. So we sing/read it, this is usually a book we do every day in December.

We had planned on doing this book in the afternoon, but plans change. Instead I took K back to the hospital. She has been feeling betterish… but she has still have a fever constantly. It has been 2 weeks since her surgery but she is still acting sick. Turns out the bacteria in the abscess that was behind her tonsils had some "nastyer" stuff in it.  The first antibiotic she was given wont help THAT kind of bacteria…. So she is now on a new antibiotic and home from school for another week.

So we wrote to Santa for FHE and then put up all of grandma's nativities!

Brother was super busy chewing on his pencil.

A drew a picture on the back for Santa.

A asked for Big Boots… As in Dora and Boots. She also wants a Big Stuffed Dog, just like K. The rest of the list is self explanatory…

K wrote her list all by herself!! I almost teared up, she is getting so old. I can't believe it!! She asked for a guitar, some lego, a new movie, princess stuff and a Dolly.

Then as we were addressing the envelopes K's letter was all wet! I asked her why and she says "Its just my SNOT Mom." Um… Ya.
(5 years, so old yet soooo young.)

Brothers list was a little simple. Trucks, ball and train… hopefully Santa can help with the kids list!
