Walking

I had a few of you ask for a video of Annaliesse walking and I took the video LONG AGO. And just now I am putting it up. She is already pretty much running and grown out of that shirt, but you will get the idea. She was so mad that I put her down to even take the video, thats why she is upset.

She just laughs and trys to sit on it.

I finally got enough frames to finish the wall above the piano. Thank you Mark for the Christmas Present!

By the way my husband drew the picture of the dog (Mokee).... its amazing- just saying.

Carly's Wedding

My cousin got married this weekend, and it was beautiful. The temple sealing was amazing and she looked absolutely stunning. I am so happy for her.

Carly asked me to do the decorating for the wedding, and it looked great. We decorated on no budget, and you could not even tell! Carlys and Adams familys had to fly in for the wedding, and thanks to Heavy snow fall in England Carlys parents missed there flights and had to PAY AGAIN to get here. Thanks for everyone who helped set up and take down.


And Congratulations again to Adam and Carly Piper.

Master bedroom 2

I just found another part of my Master Bedroom. I am going to be doing this (thanks Kristine for your post!) right beside my bed. It will be my "book" shelf (LOL) and side table, that I don't have the room for! I am so excited, we might even go and pick up the shelf brackets today!

Mish mash of stuff.

Well this post is not really that exciting. We have been busy with our normal life, nothing really THAT great to talk about. So I will just blog about what BORING things we have been up to. Kalia and Annaliesse play so well together. They are starting to interact, not just react. It is really getting fun.

This is a typical Annaliesse pose. She LOVES her bottle/sippys and blankets. She will just take a quick break by laying on her blanket and having a drink.

We finally are done the windows in the basement. After living down there for 1 year Justin got the windows finished. We are now hoping to get going a little faster and be finished the bathroom before summer hits. Justin is cleaning off the sills here and Kalia was following him around with her farm, just playing in his presence.

I got a sewing machine for Christmas and I was trying to figure out the bobbin. I tried like 5 times and was getting a little frustrated and so Justin came in and did it. Apparently I was not following the instructions EXACTLY. You see, that is not how I work, I just want to DO IT. Not sit and read HOW to do it, luckily when I get upset with the sewing machine Justin read the instructions and showed me what I was doing wrong.

This picture is rather funny. This is Justins pet peeve. YUP. Elastics in the sink. We have like hundreds of these elastics for the girls hair, and when I am in the middle of DOING their hair some travel: the sink, floor, toilet and down diapers are just a few places. But when Justin sees them in the sink, he gets quite upset. So I am making a effort to pick these out of the sink, BUT sometimes I forget and then I see them - as he is walking in the door, and I am scrambling in the bathroom to get them picked up. It is kinda sad.

My girls have just found the FUNNEST new toys- Laundry Baskets! They are get to sit in, stand on, be caught in and fall off of. I love these girllys.

Advice

We have decided to put a little effort into our bedroom decor. It is rather bland and we dont have money buried in the backyard, so we are just going to add a few accessories. Starting with a vynil wall qoute on the feature wall, I have been looking around and these are the final 5.




And now....I need some assistance. Please, please, PLEASE comment and tell me which saying you like best.

Not that you are ever going to see the finished product, (HELLLOOO its in our bedroom). But comment anyways, I always want to know what others think of my hair-brained design ideas.
