Justin picked up Barker to hold him on the couch, and something jabbed him.
Justin says to Barker "what do you have in your pocket!!"  and Barker goes "Just toothpicks in mine pocket" and pulls out a handful of toothpicks! HAHAHA

Productive

Saturday was super productive!

The girls and Barker took it very seriously... 

until Remy walked by and wreaked the chain over and over and over again. 

It sure was a little more difficult with Remy being 15 months - last year she just laid on the ground beside me a cooed.

Grandpa and Uncle Mark put the lights on the house, Grandma and us went shopping and I cut wood out for craft night!

Aunt Laura and Lindsay eventually came in and assisted Barker with his paper chain.

At one point Grandma us upstairs sitting on the roof/window and Laura says "Remy go get Grandma" and she tried to climb up the house. Darling.

We practiced for our Christmas number.

All while Justin worked like a dog trying to get the house ready to drywall next week.

I made cheese sticks the other day- they are supper yummy.

Barker had a really hard dinner hour this week. He refused to eat anything and so he had to sit at the table until he was finished. Sissy Kalia took pitty and after we had cleaned up and he was left all alone, she came over and sat with him.

This is what happens when your head is the same level of the counter and Mommy crafts alot.

kitchen stress

want to know what stress is?
A new/different kitchen then you anticipated. A GREAT deal kitchen. A better priced kitchen, and better quality kitchen. But the different kitchen will change the whole look of the house. The different kitchen is waaay more work.
What to do? Do we
save money or time
go classic or modern
go warm colours or cool colours
Decision needs to be made NOW.

Justin comes home THIS MORNING at 10:10 am!! YAY YAY YAY

He has been gone for 16 days and we communicate with Face time, Texting and phone calls.. But I AM SO GLAD HE IS COMING HOME!! Here a few of the pics we have sent back and forth with the caption we sent, (if there was one).

Owls

Aunty Laura has come over to spend time with the kids a little more lately.

The kids adore her and its been nice to get things done while they gather around her like little chicks.

She showed them drawing videos on YouTUBE and Kalia is now addicted. 

They drew owls together last week.

Christmas Crafting Crazy

Its NOVEMBER 

that means crafting up the wazoo!

November is always crazy because the church gym is booked solid with church things from the last week of November until Christmas. So I  do all our Craft Group Christmas crafting AND Super Saturday the first 3 weeks of November. Which makes this family go a bit crazy :)

I did have a couple ladies teach for me this month. Jocii taught these awesome Snowman wreaths at the beginning of the month!

 Then Super Saturday, which was a complete success thanks to everyone involved ... it always goes great! I got to do 4 crafting classes this year, but not run the show, it was nice just to be worried about crafts, and not everything.

This year Grandpa and Grandma get the shinning star. Justin has been up north for 16 days and Grandpa and Grandma have been the live in Babysitters. The week of Super Saturday I had to leave the kids Thursday night, Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday night!! I don't know what I would have done without them. Thanks DAD and MOM!

I also did a quick craft kit this week, trying to get rid of a whole bunch of wood in the garage! I posted a couple ideas Thursday afternoon, with a limited number of kits (just enough to get rid of extra wood) and  I have never seen a kit go that fast- they were all gone in less then 30 minutes. But with 200 ladies in my crafting group, things go quick!

And Jennifer is teaching this adorable banner class for the craft group tomorrow!

Last but not least, the Santa craft night I am teaching Next Thursday! And then I am hanging up my craft group apron until January!
