Cereal or Craft Supply?

Our new favorite Craft Supply: FRUIT LOOPS

First up: Bracelets and necklaces. K did great, A had a hard time threading the twissler .

I'm pretty sure the girls have eaten a box and a half in like 5 days.

Second Up:
A couple days later we made a Fruit Loop Abacus! I have been trying to do activities and crafts the focus on counting because K is having a few problems counting.

We are working on sorting too, A has a hard time with that sometimes too.

 Lately we have been on the road quite a bit, and these too men make me smile.

We slept at Great Grandma Chipman's last weekend while we attended Nicole and Carters Wedding. In between the family dinner and the reception we had a little down time, so the girls and I watched Winnie The Pooh. The same videos I watched at Grandmas 20+ years ago..

In Primary on Sunday K and A learned about the Liahona, so later that afternoon they built their own Liahona's out of Lego. Oh Bless.

Flowers for Mommy from Daddy. Justin also spoiled me with a pair of TOMS for Valentines day! AND that same weekend I bought 2 other pairs of shoes from Yummy Mommy! It was fabulous! Thanks for the shoes Justin!

Cousin Jaydin had her 10th Birthday on Family day so we got together for dinner and cake! Brother was rather subdued, but his Uncle James finally got him to smile. I'm thinking "Bald Brothers Unite"

 Brother still wont feed ANYTHING to hims self… but we keep trying!

Feelings of Motherhood

1. Holding your child as they wet their pants. that warm wet sensation running down your leg and into your shoe.
2. A nursing baby with their first tooth. 
3. Tears from hurt feeling all over your neck, shirt, and hair… at least you hope its just tears
4. Poop. Poop on Hand or leg or shirt or foot, ect…
5. Stepping on Lego/Barbies
6. A baby tossing their head back in frustration and nailing you in the nose.
7. Gas passed on your leg, at least you hope its just gas.
8. The tantrum in the middle of church/walmart/reunion
9. Warm vomit down the back of your shoulder.

Somedays we Mothers are lucky enough to feel ALL of these things.

Yes, my children often bring tears to my eyes… both kind of tears.

I just felt # 7, wait…… maybe # 4.

My cousin Nicole got MARRIED on SATURDAY!!

Oh little Nicole, I remember when you were little, with your cute pixie haircut. I remember when you got your glasses, I remember when you first got a bra.  I remember when you had boy troubles.

I love you girl and lets still keep in touch~ I am still a great texter~ even though your married now.

And of course its all over Pintrest. Lets just say, Pintrest it has been a life saver with little kidos who love to play with Mommy!
I have a whole board dedicated to PLAY time and Sew this. Craft this!


Totally unrelated.. I got my nails done this morning, I went bold and got them painted BLACK! 
I am in LOVE. Its it hard to type, the Black on white is so pretty and distracting!

So Wednesday after naps and another dose of Benydril for K who is suffering from Fifths Disease, we set to work.

The girls organized the crayons by color, then we lined them up…. 

BTW do you love the mess all around?!

Let keep it real folks.

 Then we used a glue gun and lined the crayons up.. K managed to itch her arms, legs and feet the whole time.

K started with the blow dryer, but it took quite a while so Mommy took over after a bit.

BTW I love the crooked line of the crayons… it shows the little hand so this project… and notice the last purple crayon. Mommy turned away to help Brother as the last crayon was applied.

 The blowdrying was rather messy. Note the wall above and beside the canvas, the worst wall was to the left in the photo! See below.
Lets just say that it took me just as long to clean the walls as it did to make the art.
